Dazy at the front desk has went above and beyond for us both times we've stayed here. Rooms are clean and plenty of snacks and soda machines available. Not sure why the negative reviews here. I've been here twice traveling for work in the area the last 2 weeks and it has been great each time. Cheap room and a quiet stay!
The front desk service is excellent the rooms are very clean they way better than motel 6 that's down the street I love it here and I will recommend this place to anyone and the price for the rooms are very reasonable

By so far this was the worst motel I have ever stayed. It wasn't just dirty, it was filthy. Carpet was peeling off, curtains were 15+ years old as I can see same wall paint marks on them. It was super stinky. Washroom tub was dirty, toilet seat got dark marks on it and whole washroom need to be disposed. Heavily used Mattress was upside down and mattress cover was used again. There was ex- guest's nails on the carpet near by the bed. But front desk employees were super helpful and nice. Location is good and safe. Best part is it's super cheap. Front desk service 5+/5 Cleanliness 0/5 Location 4/5 Price 5+/5 Management -5/5. Most terrible management for a motel.
I've stayed at this hotel several times now. The rooms are spacious enough and the hotel staff are excellent, especially if you get to know them. Face towels have been a bit of a hassle, some of the windows leak cold air though closed tight and it would be nice for the TV's to be HDMI compatible, but all in all, a nice place to stay for the price and area. Compared to other places with similar pricing, this selection for your stay is one of few that make sense.
This place hit the target for all my needs during my stay, I was just getting out of the hospital for some heart issues. Loss my primary residence with no one to have my back not much cash to work with and in need of shelter in a bad way, lucky the staff and owners of the Keys Inn work with people that are in need of housing. Weather it is long or short term housing issues the Know Inn has a payment plan that will be able to fit your budget.Stop in and talk with the staff to see if they have a fit for you, if it helps your position you tell them that Benard the Veteran wrote this review and you may be surprised at what doors may Open what do you have to lose? I have stayed here a few times, and Azim and Rishi are the most amazing people ever, anytime I have had and issue or complaint about something it was resolved right away. Coming from a customer service background this is what you want in your employees, regardless of some of the clientele that stay here who may leave negative reviews because they did not follow the rules, or were out of pocket, they care, and for the price you cant beat the service. Don't let the rating fool you, amazing people work here.
